Ultra gives you a practical balance between production capability and investment. It is designed for customers who need reliable CI printing but do not need to pay for a specification that their current production cannot fully utilize.
Ultra is generally designed for the 150–200 m/min production range, depending on the selected configuration. Actual production speed depends on the material, print design, drying conditions and required print quality.

Mix Series
MIX is designed around the complete napkin production process, combining flexographic printing with downstream folding and converting. The goal is to produce finished printed napkins through an integrated production line.
MIX is suitable for napkin manufacturers that need to combine printing and converting in one production process. It is particularly useful when finished napkin output, rather than printing alone, is the main production target.
Depending on the selected configuration, MIX can combine printing with processes such as embossing, folding and cutting. The exact configuration is determined by the finished napkin specification.
A napkin line is not only a printing machine. Folding, cutting and other converting processes directly affect the number of finished napkins produced. For this reason, we normally evaluate the complete production flow rather than looking at printing speed alone.
Start with the number of finished napkins you need to produce per day or month. We then consider napkin size, number of plies, folding format, operating hours, job changes and the expected stable production rate.

It is a strong fit for converters handling a high number of SKUs and frequent job changes. If your production team spends a significant amount of time preparing the press for the next job, the sleeve system can have a meaningful effect on machine utilization.
The main benefit is easier and faster printing-format changeover. Instead of treating every job change as a long mechanical setup, the sleeve system is designed to simplify the change process and reduce non-printing time.
