Flexo Printer for Bags
Bag converters on paper and non-woven stock benefit from stack configuration and heavy-duty unwind capacity.
Specified for paper and woven bags, not a generic film preset.
Web width used in the selection steps on this page.
Typical running band for this application, not a catalog maximum.
Substrate, width, and order pattern
Substrate
Bag jobs split in two. SOS paper bags use kraft or coated paper with water-based ink. Woven PP bags need surface treatment and a press that can pull a stiff, heavy web without telescoping on the rewind.
Web width
Shopping bags and cement sacks usually fall between 800 and 1200 mm. Valve bags and small retail bags sit at the low end. The rewind and unwind torque matter more than adding another 200 mm of film width.
Typical orders
Orders are batchy: one bag size, a logo change, then a different basis weight. Daily volume is counted in bags, not film meters. Quote basis weight or GSM, bag width, and whether the web is paper or woven PP.
Plant example
A paper-bag shop adding woven PP often keeps the Honor stack and changes the unwind, instead of buying a high-speed film CI that cannot handle the sack weight.

Your production profile
Adjust application, substrate, width, speed, budget, and automation — the selector ranks live Master, King, and Honor series and updates the recommendation on the right.
Honor Series
Based on your profile: paper and woven bags · kraft paper or woven PP · 800–1200mm · 150–250m/min
Honor Series is the strongest fit for paper and woven bags because Best fit when the job mix is paper bags, non-woven bags, or thick paper sack, and the buyer values access, cost control, and smaller batches. At your target speed of 150–250m/min, this platform keeps register stable, startup waste low, and changeovers practical for repeat jobs.
You selected kraft paper or woven PP. Honor Series is engineered for coated paper, kraft paper, non-woven fabric. Core substrate window: coated paper, kraft paper, non-woven fabric. This reduces tension surprises and ink-transfer issues on your primary material.
Width target 800–1200mm and speed 150–250m/min sit inside the Honor Series envelope (600-1200mm, 100-200m/min). Budget Mid to high range and High automation align with medium-automation workflows at this output level.
Key advantages: Lower entry cost; easy station access; strong for paper bags and thick sacks. Tradeoff to confirm: Not the first choice for very thin plastic film at top speed. If your mix shifts toward ultra-thin film at 400–500 m/min, compare with another LISHG line before finalizing.

| Key Specifications | Master | King | Honor |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best fit | Over-specified for sack and SOS bag runs | Only when the same plant prints film mailers | Default for kraft bags and woven PP sacks |
| Speed focus | Film CI — usually excess | Shared film/mailer plants | 150–250 m/min bags |
| Automation | Unnecessary for sacks | Dual film + bag plants | Stack torque + treatment |
| Decision value | Skip for bag-only shops | Only with film share | Best bag-line ROI |
Bags selection path
Bag converters should quote GSM and bag width first. Honor stack covers kraft SOS and woven PP; only add King CI when the same plant also prints film mailers.
