Flexo Printer for Corrugated
Corrugated printers upgrading from legacy presses need robust registration on uncoated board at moderate speeds.
Specified for corrugated post-print, not a generic film preset.
Web width used in the selection steps on this page.
Typical running band for this application, not a catalog maximum.
Substrate, width, and order pattern
Substrate
Corrugated post-print sits on uncoated kraft or mottled white board with flute crush risk. Ink transfer needs a heavier anilox and a press that does not treat the web like a thin film. Pre-print liner is a different, smoother substrate and should not share this setup.
Web width
Box plants commonly ask for 1600–2500 mm, far wider than pouch CI. The limit is board stiffness and slotter downstream, not the film dryer. Narrow gift-box sheets are the exception, not the catalog default.
Typical orders
Orders are short box runs: many die sizes, few brand colors, frequent sheet-size changes. A useful quote states flute, board grade, and colors per sheet, plus whether the press feeds a flexo folder-gluer. Meters per minute on film is the wrong unit.
Plant example
A box plant replacing a gear-driven post-print unit usually stays on a heavy stack platform. Moving that work onto a 1300 mm film CI leaves the board width and flute handling unsolved.

Your production profile
Adjust application, substrate, width, speed, budget, and automation — the selector ranks live Master, King, and Honor series and updates the recommendation on the right.
Honor Series
Based on your profile: corrugated post-print · uncoated corrugated board · 1600–2500mm · 150–220m/min
Honor Series is the strongest fit for corrugated post-print because Best fit when the job mix is paper bags, non-woven bags, or thick paper sack, and the buyer values access, cost control, and smaller batches. At your target speed of 150–220m/min, this platform keeps register stable, startup waste low, and changeovers practical for repeat jobs.
You selected uncoated corrugated board. Honor Series is engineered for coated paper, kraft paper, non-woven fabric. Core substrate window: coated paper, kraft paper, non-woven fabric. This reduces tension surprises and ink-transfer issues on your primary material.
Width target 1600–2500mm and speed 150–220m/min sit inside the Honor Series envelope (600-1200mm, 100-200m/min). Budget Mid to high range and High automation align with medium-automation workflows at this output level.
Key advantages: Lower entry cost; easy station access; strong for paper bags and thick sacks. Tradeoff to confirm: Not the first choice for very thin plastic film at top speed. If your mix shifts toward ultra-thin film at 400–500 m/min, compare with another LISHG line before finalizing.

Corrugated selection path
Corrugated post-print needs board width and flute handling, not film CI speed. Stay on a heavy stack path and quote flute, board grade, and colors per sheet.
