Flexo Printer for Shrink Sleeves
Shrink sleeve printers need consistent tension through the shrink tunnel simulation zone and strong opaque white. See gearless CI recommendations for sleeve lines.
Specified for full-body shrink sleeves, not a generic film preset.
Web width used in the selection steps on this page.
Typical running band for this application, not a catalog maximum.
Substrate, width, and order pattern
Substrate
Shrink sleeves print on PETG, PVC, or OPS before the film is seamed and shrunk. Opaque white and fine type have to hold through the shrink tunnel, so tension and dryer settings follow the film grade, not a standard packaging film recipe.
Web width
Sleeve webs are usually 600–1000 mm, narrower than pouch CI lines. The repeat is set by bottle circumference, so plate and sleeve inventory is organized by container, not by a single web width.
Typical orders
Orders arrive as container programs: one brand, many bottle sizes, high opaque-white coverage. Daily mix is many short sleeve SKUs rather than one long film roll. Register is judged after shrink, not only on the press rewind.
Plant example
A beverage sleeve printer adding full-body PETG after paper labels typically needs gearless CI register and a dedicated white station, not the same stack press used for paper tags.

Your production profile
Adjust application, substrate, width, speed, budget, and automation — the selector ranks live Master, King, and Honor series and updates the recommendation on the right.
King Series
Based on your profile: full-body shrink sleeves · PETG or PVC shrink film · 600–1000mm · 250–350m/min
King Series is the strongest fit for full-body shrink sleeves because Best fit when the plant runs high-speed film jobs and needs reliable register control, fast ramp-up, and strong production stability. At your target speed of 250–350m/min, this platform keeps register stable, startup waste low, and changeovers practical for repeat jobs.
You selected PETG or PVC shrink film. King Series is engineered for thin film, BOPP, PET, PE. Core substrate window: thin film, BOPP, PET, PE. This reduces tension surprises and ink-transfer issues on your primary material.
Width target 600–1000mm and speed 250–350m/min sit inside the King Series envelope (1000-1300mm, 300m/min). Budget Mid to high range and High automation align with very high-automation workflows at this output level.
Key advantages: Servo gear precision; low startup waste; strong register at speed. Tradeoff to confirm: Higher initial investment than Master or Honor, and not the primary choice for FFS heavy-duty sacks. If your mix shifts toward ultra-thin film at 400–500 m/min, compare with another LISHG line before finalizing.

| Key Specifications | Master | King | Honor |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best fit | High-opacity sleeve programs with tight register | Mid-volume PETG sleeves | Short-run sleeve trials and paper labels |
| Speed focus | 300–400 m/min sleeve | 250–350 m/min | 150–220 m/min trials |
| Automation | Gearless + white station | CI register for PETG | Stack for paper/sleeve pilots |
| Decision value | Full-body opaque brands | Steady beverage sleeves | Mixed labels + sleeve trials |
Shrink Sleeves selection path
Sleeve lines should size the press to bottle circumference and opaque white coverage first, then choose Master for high-opacity PETG programs or King for mid-volume sleeve work.
