Why choose LISHG
Five buyer checks with plant-level evidence — gearless drive class, machining scope, overseas install, spares, and delivery FAT.
Gearless CI (Master)
Up to 400–500 m/min full-servo gearless drive
Flagship CI for sustained high speed and register-critical film — not a rebadged mid-speed line.
In-house machining
35,000 m² Ruian campus · gantry + Mazak CNC
Frames, rollers, and drive parts cut on one campus — fewer outsourced handoffs than trader-assemblers.
Overseas installation
Commissioning support across 100+ export markets
Install planning and first-production weeks scoped to your layout, utilities, and operators.
Spare parts continuity
Config-matched first-year wear kit + English parts lists
Spares issued from the same plant that built the press — blades, seals, filters, belts, register consumables.
Delivery with FAT evidence
Documented FAT + machine test video before shipment
Lead time and acceptance criteria locked in the offer schedule — not a slogan delivery promise.

King Series
Based on your profile: Flexible packaging · Film, BOPP, PET, PE · 1000–1300mm · 300–350 m/min
King Series is the strongest fit for Flexible packaging because Best fit when the plant runs high-speed film jobs and needs reliable register control, fast ramp-up, and strong production stability. At your target speed of 300–350 m/min, this platform keeps register stable, startup waste low, and changeovers practical for repeat jobs.
You selected Film, BOPP, PET, PE. King Series is engineered for thin film, BOPP, PET, PE. Core substrate window: thin film, BOPP, PET, PE. This reduces tension surprises and ink-transfer issues on your primary material.
Width target 1000–1300mm and speed 300–350 m/min sit inside the King Series envelope (1000-1300mm, 300m/min). Budget Mid to high range and High automation align with very high-automation workflows at this output level.
Key advantages: Servo gear precision; low startup waste; strong register at speed. Tradeoff to confirm: Higher initial investment than Master or Honor, and not the primary choice for FFS heavy-duty sacks. If your mix shifts toward ultra-thin film at 400–500 m/min, compare with another LISHG line before finalizing.

Customer feedback
For our paper cup and food packaging production, stability matters more than simply reaching a high machine speed. The reliable register, web handling, and drying performance have made the press a practical fit for our coated paper applications.

LISHG's flexographic printing solution improved production stability and print consistency for Starkson Packaging. It enabled reliable high‑volume supply for QSR and FMCG clients, supported eco‑friendly material use, and strengthened market expansion across Southeast Asia.

LISHG's approach helped us better evaluate flexographic printing requirements based on substrate, printing width, color configuration and production capacity. The technical communication made it easier for us to identify a suitable printing solution for our plastic packaging applications.

“LISHG's application-based approach helped us evaluate flexographic printing requirements by substrate, width, colors and production capacity.”

The main benefit for us is production stability. The press performs consistently on our coated paper and paper cup applications, with reliable register control and stable web handling. This gives us better confidence when running multi-color food packaging jobs and helps us maintain consistent print quality throughout production.
